The Outstanding Service to Students Award was established to recognize and acknowledge a particular faculty/staff person who has made significant contributions above and beyond his/her position on campus. All members of the faculty/staff are eligible to be nominated and receive this award. The committee will consider the nomination based upon the following criteria: contributions and impact upon the college and community and level of interaction with students.
Individual Awards may be submitted by any member of the GC community (student, staff, faculty, or organizational advisor) who has first-hand knowledge of the student's contribution. Before completing this form, consider the following: - In what ways has this individual contributed to your organization(s)/project(s)/program(s) or to students in general? - How did this person use his/her skills to enhance your organization(s)/project(s)/ program(s)? - In what events, programs, or projects has this individual provided assistance? - Describe why you believe this person deserves the Outstanding Service to Students Award.
