The Program of the Year Award was established to recognize the excellent efforts by a student organization for the design and execution of a program. The committee will consider the nomination based upon the following criteria: the program must be in at least its second year, general contribution to the GC community, creativity, event planning, organization and implementation, promotion, and the appeal to the student body.
Activity Awards may be submitted by anyone, but a member of the RSO who conducted the activity or the organizational advisor is encouraged. Before completing this form, consider the following: - Organization's President's Name - Organization's Advisor's Name - Number of Active members in your organization - Describe and state the purpose of your program. - How did you advertise your program? - What type of planning was required to prepare for your program? - How many people participated in the program? - Why was the program successful?
