Student Organizations and offices who would like to meet with our new students will have 6 opportunities during Bobcat Marketplace at Summer Orientations for incoming first year students. Please complete the registration form by clicking BEGIN FORM below. Please indicate which orientation sessions your organization will attend. We are strongly encouraging all organizations to be present at as many Orientation sessions as possible. Orientation will be held on the following dates: June 3, 5, 10, 12 and July 22 and 24. These dates fall on either a Tuesday or Thursday again this year so please pay attention to the specific dates when completing this form. Marketplace check-in will start at 12:30 p.m. The actual Marketplace is scheduled from 1pm - 3pm (please note the new time).; however, depending on when students are released from their sessions, they may start arriving a little earlier or later. Bobcat Marketplace does not end until 3:00 p.m., so please plan for representatives of your organization to stay until the end. Each group will be provided with a table. Chairs may also be available if needed. No electricity will be provided.
We will utilize both Magnolia Ballroom and Maxwell Student Union for the Marketplace.

Please be aware that NO electricity will be provided. Organizations are encouraged to only bring electronics that have the capability of being powered off batteries.
We DO NOT provide tablecloths; you are encouraged to bring your own table coverings and decor to highlight your organization.
