2026 WOW Block Party Bobcat Marketplace Sign Ups

Would you like the opportunity to meet with our new students and share information about your organization or department? You have the opportunity to do so at the Bobcat Marketplace. Please complete the registration form below. The event will be held from 7:00-9:00 PM on Friday, August 21st at the Block Party! Marketplace check-in will start at 6:00 p.m. You must check-in before receiving your assigned table. Please plan for representatives of your organization to stay until the conclusion of the event. There are only 100 spots for this event. Your submission will be reviewed by The Office of Student Engagement. If your submission is approved you have secured your spot to table at the Block Party Marketplace.

Bobcat Marketplace is an opportunity for student organizations, offices, departments and community members to meet with our First-Year Students. Please complete the information below so that your organization/office will have a table space on Greene Street at the Block Party. All organizations and offices MUST complete this form to participate. Don't miss out on an opportunity to meet and greet with hundreds of new students. Please register before 5 p.m. on Friday, August 14th, 2026.

Please be aware that NO electricity will be provided.  Organizations are encouraged to only bring electronics that have the capability of being powered off batteries. 

Bobcat Marketplace is scheduled from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM..  Student Engagement will provide each organization with a table. We DO NOT provide tablecloths; you are encouraged to bring your own table coverings and decor to highlight your organization. PLEASE DO NOT BRING A TENT AS THERE WILL BE LIMITED SPACE.

At the conclusion of the Block Party organizations/offices are responsible for bring their table to the reflection pool.
